Important: Submitting a contact form does not constitute a confirmed booking. All bookings are subject to availability and formal written confirmation via a signed contract.

By submitting an enquiry through this website, you consent to being contacted via email or phone to discuss your event requirements.
Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to deliver our services or comply with legal obligations.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours, though response times may vary during peak periods.
3. Bookings & Formal Agreements
Once we've discussed your requirements, confirmed bookings require:
A signed written contract between you (the Client) and Magic by Alfie (the Artiste)
Payment of a non-refundable deposit as specified in the contract
The formal booking contract will include detailed terms covering:
Event date, location, and services to be provided
Payment schedule and methods (Stripe, PayPal, or Bank Transfer)
14-day cooling-off period for deposit refunds (from date of payment)
Cancellation fees and notice periods
Artist responsibilities and liability provisions
Force majeure provisions
You should read the booking contract carefully before signing. The booking contract terms will govern the actual provision of entertainment services at your event.
4. Deposit & Cancellation Policy
For confirmed bookings:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from deposit payment to cancel and receive a full refund
After the cooling-off period, cancellation fees apply on a sliding scale based on notice given
Full deposit and cancellation terms, including specific fee percentages and timescales, are detailed in the booking contract.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos, photographs, and performance descriptions, is the intellectual property of Magic by Alfie unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose without prior written permission.
6. Acceptable Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt to interfere with the website's functionality, security, or availability
Misuse contact forms or submit false, misleading, or malicious information

In such cases, we will use reasonable endeavours to provide alternative solutions or return payments as detailed in the booking contract.

The terms of any signed booking contract cannot be varied except in writing and signed by a duly authorised representative of Magic by Alfie.
11. Disputes & Governing Law
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Should any dispute result in litigation, the prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
